Returns & Exchanges

At Hyperice, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns or exchanges on all unworn and unwashed apparel. Items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in the original shipping box and affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to the outside of the package.

• 3.
  Drop Off the Shipment

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location; be sure to obtain a receipt for tracking and insurance purposes.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
